A-ROSA RIVA FACTS
|
Description With three decks and a sundeck, an A-ROSA river cruise ship is a wonderful way to relax and take in the sights and history of the Danube. The A-Rosa Riva is one of four A_ROSA vessels that cruise the Danube, is a sister ship to the A-Rosa Bella, A-Rosa Donna and A-Rosa Mia.
History built in 2003 / 2004, the A-Rosa Riva is newer than her sister ships on the Danube. Like the others she was built at the Neptun Werft GmbH shipyard.
Dining Dining on A-Rosa Danube cruises is buffet style with both indoor and outdoor restaurants. The menu features Mediterranean cuisine, together with regional specialties. The atmosphere is relaxed and cordial with no formal dress code, and no fixed seating. A bar offers a selection of wines and cocktails for guests enjoyment.
Entertainment A river cruise ship does not have the same range of recreational facilities as a large ocean going cruise ship, but there is still plenty of room for recreation, relaxation, and also for fitness and well-being. The ship has an outdoor pool on the top sun deck and there is also shuffleboard and a putting green available. SPA-ROSA is a well equipped spa with panorama sauna and bio-sauna. Spa facilities include a sauna with one way glass walls allowing guests to enjoy the passing scenery in privacy. Professional trainers are available, and guests also have access to beauty and cosmetic treatments.
Cabins The A-Rosa Riva has 100 comfortable outside cabins. Category C cabins have opening windows with French balconies. Other rooms have panoramic window views. Category A cabins have a sofa bed and offer an affordable family accommodation option. The cabins are 14.5-to 16.5 m²
