CARNIVAL VICTORY FACTS

Description Carnival Victory is the second Triumph class ship in the fleet. Interior décor is by Joe Farcus. A central focal area is the nine deck high atrium, known as the Seven Seas atrium, with glass dome and glass elevators. The various dining areas and entertainment venues and water activities are all based on the famous Oceans and Seas of the world. There are two Triumph class ships in the fleet, the Carnival Triumph (1999) and Carnival Victory (2000). The Triumph class is similar to the Destiny class vessels with the addition of another deck.
Destinations Carnival Victory cruises to the Southern Caribbean Islands departs for San Juan and the Barbados featuring ports such as San Juan, Netherlands Antilles, St. Maarten, St. Kitts, St. Thomas.
History Carnival Victory was launched by Carnival cruise line in 2000, the ship's godmother is Mary Frank. The cruise had its maiden voyage in October 2000. Victory is built on the lines of her sister ship Carnival Triumph. The ship had a revamp in 2007 which included the addition of the Seaside Theater with huge LCD screen.
Dining Most of the dining options on Carnival Victory are based on famous oceans and seas such as Atlantic Dining room, Pacific dining room, Aegean Sports bar, Trident bar, Seventh Sea bar, Coral Sea Café, Irish sea piano bar, East River Deli, Yangtze Wok, Mediterranean lido restaurant, Mississippi BBQ and Pizzeria Arno.
Entertainment entertainment includes the Virtual Sea Video Arcade, Carnival's Seaside Theater, Club O2, Camp Carnival, Circle C, Caribbean main lounge, Ionian Cigar room, South China Sea Club Casino, Club Arctic Dance Club, Red & Black sea lounge, King of the sea pool and the 214 feet high Water slide.
Carnival Victory has a Spa deck dedicated to providing treatments, facials, massages and various forms of therapies to its guests. The Spa carnival, a beauty salon, a steam, a sauna, massages and relaxation rooms meant to treat, rejuvenate and pamper its guests. The ship all includes sporting and fitness activities such as a gym, an aerobics center, a jogging track, basket ball court, ping-pong, volley ball court and a mini golf course.
Cabins There are 8 Penthouse suites and 42 Suites on the ship at more than 300 sq ft. There are 480 Balcony Staterooms. Other accommodation includes Ocean view rooms without balconies and the Interior cabins with no ocean views.
