Description Celebrity Millennium is an impressive ship with blend of intricately carved glass work, marble, granite and wood. Celebrity Millennium is the first Millennium–class cruise ship in the Celebrity fleet. She is sister ship to Celebrity Summit (2001), Celebrity Infinity (2001) and Celebrity Constellation (2002).
Destinations Sails on Alaska, Caribbean and Panama Canal cruises. The Alaska cruise departs from Vancouver featuring ports such as Ketchikan, Skagway, Hubbard Glacier, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Sitka.
A Caribbean islands cruise may feature ports such as San Juan, Aruba, Curacao, Barbados, Basseterre, St. Croix, Dominica, Virgin Islands, Willemstad, Grenada, St. Kitts and Roseau.
History Celebrity Millennium commenced operations in 2000. She was built in France at the Chantier de L'Atlantique shipyard. The ship was inaugurated by her god mother Robyn Roux on the 17th of June 2000.
Dining Dining options on the cruise are the Wine Cellar, the Olympic, Michael’s club, the Metropolitan restaurant, Cova Café, the Champagne bar, the Martini bar, Ocean Café, grill and bar and the Mast bar.
Entertainment Entertainment includes the Celebrity Theater, Fortunes Casino, Rendezvous lounge, Cosmos dance club, Platinum club, Video Arcade and Fun Factory for the kids.
The cruise has an Aqua Spa along with a Persian Garden, Spa Café, therapy and treatment room, hair salon, gym, aerobics center and a jogging track.
Cabins Cabin accommodation includes Ocean view and Interior staterooms, Celebrity Concierge Class balcony cabins, Family Ocean view with Verandah cabins and Deluxe Ocean view with Verandah cabins. More expensive luxury suites are the Penthouse suites at 2500 sq ft, the Royal suites at 700 sq ft, the Celebrity suites at 500 sq ft and the Sky suites at 350 sq ft.
