OCEANA FACTS

Description
MV Oceana is a Sun class cruise ship owned and operated by P&O Cruises. The atrium with palm trees, deck bars and pools enhance the relaxed feel that this is an ideal cruise ship for warm sunny climates. Oceana has many of the facilities of a larger ship with the intimacy of a smaller vessel.

Destinations
In summer, Oceana sails from Southampton to the Mediterranean and Scandinavia. In winter, Oceana sails through the Caribbean and Central America. There is a Caribbean fly-cruise option from UK.

History
Entered service in 2000 as Ocean Princess for Princess Cruises where it cruised the Southern Caribbean in winter, and Alaska in summer. She was transferred to P&O Cruises in 2002.

Entertainment
Facilities include twelve bars, Cafe Jardin (Marco Pierre White restaurant), ocean view gym, sports court housed in the funnel, casino, golf simulator, night club, open deck restaurant, 530 seat theatre, four swimming pools, spa.

Accommodation offers choice of Inside Stateroom, Outside Stateroom, Balcony Stateroom, Mini-suite, Suite.
