CORAL PRINCESS FACTS

Description Coral Princess is one of five Sun class vessels in the Princess Cruises fleet, featuring a new and improved ‘power generation’ engineering, bringing together gas turbine and diesel engine. Coral Princess is one of two Princess ships designed especially for sailing the Panama Canal. Around 90% of the staterooms have ocean views.
Destinations The Panama Canal cruise departs from the port of Fort Lauderdale or from LA, featuring ports such as Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Puerto Vallarta, Ixtapa, Puntarenas, Cabo San Lucas, Fuerte Amador, Nicaragua and Puerto Corinto.
Coral Princess has Cruises to the Alaskan Regions and the Panama Canal. The trips to Alaska depart from either Vancouver or Anchorage having ports of call at Whittier, British Columbia, College Fjord, Ketchikan, Glacier Bay National Park, Juneau, Vancouver, Anchorage and Skagway.
History Coral Princess was built in France at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard and was inaugurated and christened by her godmother the President of the Republic of Panama Her Excellency Mireya Moscoso, at the Panama Canal on 13th of January, 2003.
Dining The dining options that include cafes and bars on the Coral are the Bordeaux Dining Room, Provence Dining Room, Wheel house bar, Crooners bar, Sabatini’s Italian cuisine restaurant, Bayou Café & Steakhouse, Princess Pizzeria, Lido bar, Ice Cream bar, Lotus Pool, Lotus bar and La Patisserie café.
Entertainment Entertainment includes the Princess Casino, Explorers Lounge, the Universe Lounge, Princess Theater, Churchill Lounge, Sanctuary pool, Horizon Court, Lido pool, Movies under the stars and Splash pool are for the adults. Entertainment for guests below 18 years on the cruise include Off limits, the Fun Zone, the Pelican Play house.
Coral Princess also provides various beauty treatments and health options that guests can avail at the cruise’s Lotus Spa, Beauty Salon, Massage room, Fitness Center, Gym, Aerobics, Golf Simulator, Shuffle board, Deck Chess Center and the Center Court
Cabins Coral Princess has accommodation to suit various needs of its guests. It includes 16 Premium Suites and Vista suites at nearly 400 sq ft to 300 sq ft with a balcony. It also has 192 Mini-suites at 300 sq ft, some with a balcony and some with an ocean view. The cruise also has 671 Standard Outside cabins and 108 Standard Inside Cabins. The ship has 700 balconies available.
